作为《Mega Man》30周年和《Mega Man X》25周年的纪念，动作游戏名作《Mega Man X》系列8套作品以合集形式重新登场。
合集1收录了系列初期的《Mega Man X》-《X4》的移植版。（另有收录《X5》-《X8》的合集2）
